Delete Your Pet Note Account

You can request deletion of your Pet Note account and associated account data at any time. If account deletion is available inside the app, use the in-app account settings for the quickest path.

Request Deletion by Email

To request deletion by email, contact john@petnote.io from the email address connected to your Pet Note account and include the words "account deletion request" in your message.

What We Delete

When your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify your Pet Note account and associated user data, including pet profiles, timeline entries, reminders, uploaded photos, notes, and documents where deletion is technically and legally possible.

What May Be Kept

Some information may be kept for a limited time where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, app store, subscription, backup, support, or compliance reasons. We may also keep aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Pet Note account may not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Please manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account where you purchased them.
